TEXTTEXT TEXTTEXT Hi everyone. Ithink this is my first entry into the Blessed Be community. I'm a shamanic/wiccan. I am led by Hecate and Cernunnos ( my Lady and Lord ) and tend to follow a Greek & Celtic mythological universe. My home is locted in Seattle, Washington where there is a lot of pagan influence and acceptance. Politically I tend to the very left and frankly think that the world problems we are now immersed in were the product of men acting out of balance with the natural World. More than ever the Green Lady & Lord are needed to help what is good and reasonable about the human species survive. I think our only hope is for men to relinquish the political governance of the world today. Give it to women and stand ready to help in planting a new garden. Aside from ranting world politics I'm an oil-painter and writer of sorts with a strong bent on abstraction & drawings to work healing. I've been known in summer to go out into the deep woods and play kalimba to dragonflies. Thus the name. Hope to meet y'all soon. Brightest of Magic and Blessings on you all... d.d.

I once lived in Washington state long ago it seems like. Matter of fact, I granduated from Spanaway Lake High School. I did travel a few times up to Seattle. I miss Pike's Market Place and some places near the Tacoma Dome. (Something interseasting here, most people know that Seattle got its name from a Chief. I have learned that Tacoma is also a Indain word or name. Tahoma, depending on were the accent is placed, means any mountain with snow on top or it is another name for Mt. Rainer (sp?). Anyways, I do think you are correct. There has to be a balance between anything in life. This does include a balance between male and female not just between the sexes but within our selves as well. It would be fun to see a women or even someone who is black or even an American Indain in office! Just my two cents there.
