So who has already seen the 2nd Lord of the Rings movie?
I have to wait till the 26th if I want to see it as thats when its in the cinemas, but I am sure that everyone will be going on that day so I may have to wait even longer to see it.
I cant wait because I love all the characters but especially Samwise and Legolas.
;D

I'm seeing TTT for the third time this Sunday ^_^ Lord of the Rings is great in all its many shapes and forms. The books are by far the better, but the films are still good especially FOTR ... actually I was quite annoyed by all the differences they've made to TTT but Gollum and Helm's Deep made up for it ^_~ My favorite character from the books, Faramir, was totally butchered in terms of personality and storyline in the film, which I thought was a shame. But Boromir was BRILLIANT in the FOTR, or at least I thought so

Ok well I did actually go and see TTT on the 26th because my hubby booked us seats so we were lucky because all the screenings on that day were booked out by the 26th ;D Know wonder I love my hubby so much I loved it so much but I agree with you Mina about Faramir, I was upset at how he was changed so much for the movie, it wasnt right and would have been better if he was kept how he was in the book...I really couldnt see why it had to be changed so much, except to add a little more time to the movie and to his part.. I was also upset by what happened to Haldir ... of course that could have something to do with the fact that I thought he was just so hot ;D But then again I thought that way from when I saw him in part 1... only he got even hotter when he was all wet and fighting I've seen the movie 2 times now but plan on seeing it a few more times yet... The funny parts were great and Gimli was so funny... I loved the part where he ends up under the 3 heavy baddies ;D and at the wall in Helms Deep ;D

I went and saw it on opening day. My husband is surprised that I have only seen it once so far. Maybe once I get my car back from the repair shop, I'll go see it again. I love watch the friendship and jokes that go on between Gimli and Legolas! That and Gollum.

oh yes I have to add that I did rather like Gollum and even felt sorry for him, the scene wher he says "Go way and never come back" that was funny but also a little sad... Does anyone think its strange of me if I say I actually want to just give Gollum a big hug... ;D

I do not think it is strange. Poor guy! He has gone through so much with that ring. It is funny to watch the two "different" sides "battle" it out. Yet at the same time it must be hard for him to go through that! I would give him a hug, as long as he did not run from me or something like that.

I don't think it's strange either, because he's so adorable! And yeah, About Haldir ... The Lorien elves shoudn't have even been at Helm's Deep; it never happened in the books. But he looked GREAT fighting Ehehehe, Gimli was funny! I laughed so much when he said "you'll have to toss me! But don't tell the elf!" to Aragorn at Helm's deep! ;D

You know faraday, i was SO PISSED when I saw haldir die and I was this close in crying, because I hated the fact that he was an elf and I love elves and when they die i get very mad and I cannot help it.
I loved that part too, I mean it was so obivious and funny that gimli had to suffer with 3 bodies on top of him. *giggles*
actually it was the rohirrim bowman that Peter Jackson replaced and put the lothlorien elves, I had to go and read the book.
you know what is my FAVORATE kodak moment? its the part when gimli is like I can't see anything and legolas is like smiling his SEXY SMILE and he goes "shall I describe it to you" and he is still smiling and looking out and then he turns *drools* and he said or would you like me to get you a box? and AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO DEAD SEXY and gimli is like laughing this CUTE LAUGH and it made me laugh, because it was SOOOOOOOOOOO FUNNY of course I guess it made dezsin jealous to the point he wanted to push leggy out and put himself in it. LOL. ROTF.
A/N: dezsin is like my.....how should i said this? bf? *giggles*

yes, the second film IS amazing, and I hope that they make the last a BETTER ONE and that we wont get mad on one of the characters if they made a mistake, because faramir was one and that is the only thing that we as the fans dont like. *shakes her head* no no, it has to be from the book, but hey if pj made it different, then it would change the whole concept of the story, but then again we would be able to see frodo and sam like almost in mordor.
